The Savannahs Community

The Savannahs at Sykes Creek is nestled in one of the most attractive locations to be found in Brevard County. We take great pride in its appearance and unique offerings, like the integrated 18-hole golf course and its expansive green space, the quiet rural setting adjacent to nature preserves and the neighborhood park and tennis courts.

We have several volunteer committees to help keep our community active and beautiful. There are opportunities to help with short-term projects, committee work, golf tournaments, social activities, and beautification projects.

Space Coast Living

Experience the exhilaration of space vehicle launches! Located across the Banana River from the Canaveral Space Force Station with their array of launch pads, and just a few miles south of Kennedy Space Center containing the historic Launch Complexes 39A & 39B, The Savannahs at Sykes Creek offers spectacular sights and sounds of rocket launches by NASA, SpaceX, Relativity Space, and other commercial and government launch providers.

Savannahs Golf Club

Designed by award winning architect Gordon Lewis in 1989, the Savannahs Golf Club presents exciting challenges and opportunities for golfers at all levels. Lewis’s course designs are known for challenging shot-making opportunities, while being fun to play, with chances to recover from a poor shot. The back tees are demanding even for the best of the best, while the new forward “family/executive tees” provide a memorable golfing experience for all skill levels and those looking for a faster game out on the course.
